During his 8+ years in the Gulf, Bilal wore multiple hats as a Global Recruiter and Academic Adjunct Lecturer, earning a stellar reputation and fostering extensive global networks. 

Bilal’s passion for human capital development shines through his certifications and experience as a Performance Coach, Career Development Coach and Accredited Psychometric Assessor. He holds a Master of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Psychology degree from distinguished Australian universities. 

A proud Aussie-expat, Bilal is an advocate for all things Australian. He even contributed as a Fan Engagement Official on behalf of the Qatar Supreme Committee for the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup.
