Fletcher brings over 18 years of financial industry experience to Wealth Street, with a diverse background that sets him apart. His journey in finance began at the renowned stockbroker firm, Ord Minnet, and he further honed his expertise at the boutique planning firm, Fortitude Private Wealth. Before joining our team, Fletcher spent four years consulting for National Australia Bank, where he specialised in providing complex customer advice reviews to address regulatory concerns regarding advice quality.

Fletcher’s qualifications, including a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and an Advanced Diploma from Kaplan Professional, highlight his expertise in finance, ensuring clients benefit from his extensive knowledge and experience.

Outside of work, Fletcher is a food enthusiast who enjoys outdoor activities such as cooking, brewing beer, cycling, kayaking, and attending live music events.
